We, as the author had related, have made strides in looking at every aspect of our lives but put see seeking help for mental health as a closet issue. Moreover it was refreshing to be reminded of understanding the genetic predisposition that can be attributed to health issues. It was great to see the collaboration and that the subject wasn't downplayed.
